By registering or using the site you accept these terms and any additional rules published in your account or on specific promotion pages.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure. Use a valid email and a strong password, and do not share account credentials. Each person may hold only one account; multiple accounts, false identities or providing misleading information may result in suspension, closure and forfeiture of funds.
Verification and security
We may require identity verification before certain actions, including withdrawals. Verification typically includes government ID and proof of address, and sometimes evidence of payment methods. Eligibility requirements
To register you must meet our eligibility rules. You must be at least 18 years old or meet any higher minimum age that applies locally. Accounts are closed for underage players, residents of restricted jurisdictions or anyone barred by the platform rules. Acceptable platform use
MrRun is for lawful, personal use only. Prohibited activity includes fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated tools, and attempts to manipulate games or markets. Abusive or disruptive behaviour toward staff or other players is not tolerated. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts and withhold winnings where misuse is detected.
General bonus and promotion rules
Promotions and bonuses are governed by specific terms shown on promotion pages. General rules include:
- Opt-in is required where stated and only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person/household/IP.
- Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds and free spin winnings - for example, some casino welcome offers carry 40x wagering while certain sportsbook offers use a 10x requirement. Exact multipliers and eligible games appear in each offer's terms.
- Game contribution rates, maximum bet limits while wagering, expiry periods and other restrictions vary by promotion and are stated in the promotion terms.
- Abuse of promotions may lead to bonus cancellation, confiscation of winnings and account closure.
Deposits and withdrawals
Available payment methods are listed in the cashier. Minimum deposits commonly start around €10–€20 and minimum withdrawals commonly start around €20, though specific amounts vary by method. Deposits are usually instant; withdrawals are processed after verification and subject to additional checks. We normally do not charge internal fees, but third-party provider or bank charges may apply. Cryptocurrency support is variable and will be shown in the cashier if available.
